Senior Analyst Research & Business Anaylisis Staff

Job Description 

• In depth market Study, including analysis and recommendation on real estate market and general industry / economics trend (including provision of monthly market report)
• Development of financial feasibility study for prospective projects.
• Work with architect / design planning team in relation to product development 
• Work with legal team in relation to commercial terms of transaction documents

Requirements 

• Bachelor degree from Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or any related
• 3-5 years of working experience in the Business Development/ market study/ corporate finance or related fields
• Having experience working in property consultant / developer is preffered
• Ability to do market research in property sector 
• in - depth knowledge on financial modellling & Corporate financial skills
• Good uunderstanding of real estate market, business expansion, and corporate action
• good analytical & problem solving skills
• Hard worker, fast learner, process 
• proficient in Ms. Office, Financial Reporting/ Modelling and good communication skill in english (both oral & writting)
• Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali
