Senior Site Engineer of Architectural Finishing Works 
(Wall Ceiling Floor Finishing, Structural Steels, and others.)
Control architectural works at site to meet the quality, schedule, SHE and budget requirements of the project, which includes:
We have an opportunity for a Senior Architectural Site Engineer at construction sites of stations, which will be essential for the following decades in Jakarta.
1. Prepare construction schedules, oversee, and control construction processes,
2. Managing subcontractors / suppliers (materials, labors, equipment)
3. Internal coordination with Design, M&E and other teams
4. Leadership: Taking leadership in his own team and managing human resources,
5. Quality: Ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings,
6. Safety: Ensuring works are following Safe Work Procedures

Requirements

1. Possess passion for construction of stations.
2. Experience of Architectural Finishing work over 5 years in stations, high-rise building, malls, or other similar challenging projects.
3. Work experience in international construction companies (preferably a Japanese firm) would be an asset.
4. Fluent English Skills for Business Settings.
5. Bachelor’s Degree in architecture 
6. Strong negotiation skills/experiences of negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
7. Effective leadership with strong sense of responsibility. Cooperative and proactive attitude to coordinate with teams and others.
8. Knowledge about finishing details, materials/product, cost information, and the construction procedures/methods.
9. Construction schedule: Experience of making the long/short term schedule and the monitoring. Proactive actions to catch-up.
10. Site Management: Direct Site Engineers with efficient communications to organize the site neat and under control to keep up with the quality/budget/schedule. Prepare necessary documents in advance for the approvals of works.

Salary 10-20 Mio Gross
