Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with copy partner under the guidance of the CGH and creative director to execute creative concepts.
- Demonstrates creative thinking to develop big ideas.
- Presents big ideas to clients utilizing various presentation techniques.
- Translates concepts into design by visualizing and interpreting them.
- Takes ownership of creative work and sets an example for the design team.
- Ensures that the brand tone and position are reflected in the creative output.
- Provides insightful and impactful creative executions that benefit the client's business.
- Leads, motivates, and develops the design team.
- Serves as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management within the team.
A bit about you
At least 7 years' experience in a creative agency or similar setting. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field would be preferred.
Proven track record of collaborating with copywriters and creative directors to execute concepts.
Strong presentation skills, with experience pitching big ideas to clients.
Exceptional design portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative executions.
Leadership experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a design team.
Excellent communication skills and ability to serve as the main point of contact for Account and Project Management teams.
