Senior Assistant/ Assistant Manager - Purchasing

Job Description:

• Receive PR and request quotation to the Supplier.
• Convert PR to PO and follow up until goods are received.
• Negotiation with Suppliers to get the best price.
• Monitoring Delivery to make sure all materials receive as scheduled
• Follow the user to get the right specification and inform the Supplier.
• Reporting to Superior (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).

​Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English language (written & oral)
• Willing to be based in Central Kalimantan site (site Area)
• Willing to be placed at Oil Palm Plantation Company
