Job Title: Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, and Administrative Support

To bolster our operational efficiency and ensure the smooth management of Human Resources, Administrative Support, and Finance/Accounting functions, we are seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Assistant Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will closely collaborate with the Orca team to oversee and improve these crucial areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
· Manage and support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and interview coordination.
· Contribute to onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
· Manage HR documentation, employee records, and attendance.
· Support in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
· Support Orca team to process payroll accurately for the company’s employees using the company’s HR software.
· Collaborate with Orca team on various HR tasks as assigned.
Administrative Support:
· Provide assistance in general office administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
· Handle office communications, scheduling, and correspondence.
· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
· Collaborate with Orca team on various administrative tasks as assigned.
Finance and Accounting:
· Support financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
· Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
· Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and internal control procedures.
· Collaborate with the management of the company to achieve financial goals.
Support on all financial reporting work: income, expense, balance sheet, cash flow and all financial reporting requirements
Collaborate with Orca team on various finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in HR, Administrative Support, and Finance/Accounting roles in Indonesia is essential.
· Proficiency in using ERP systems for HR, Administrative Support, and Finance/Accounting functions.
· This role will require utilisation of ERP systems for Finance/Accounting tasks and HR softwares, to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
· Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and financial regulations.
· Strong proficiency with the ability to read and write well in English is a must. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
· Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
· Team player with good interpersonal skills.
