Qualification
- Possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience 2-4 years in Risk Management or Internal Audit (preferable having background as consultant.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, power point, flowchart.
- Data analysis and analytical review.
- Attention to details (e.g. reviewing financial documents, regulatory compliance, operational procedure and testing internal control.
- Excellent in English speaking and writing skills.
- Having time management skill
Job Description
- Audit planning, audit execution and audit reporting.
- Developing audit planning, audit program, audit working paper based on the audit objectives and scope as per engagement.
- Conducting audit fieldwork/on-site based on audit standards, including information and evidence gathering, understanding the client’s business (regulation related to the client’s business, internal policies and procedures, business process flow mapping, identify risk and evaluating the effectiveness of control to mitigate those risks), sampling, data analysis, analytical review and audit documentation in working paper.
- Preparing audit report , which include recommendation on improvements to internal audit processes and risk management strategies, and communicating the audit results to the client’s management.
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of auditors: managing resources and scheduling to ensure the efficient completion of audit tasks.

As part of your role as Senior Consultant, you will also be expected to perform ad-hoc duties and tasks required by management, which may include research on the current regulation and compliance in Vietnam to keep update on industry practices, regulatory changes and advancement in technology, addressing market and business news in Vietnam, addressing unexpected issues, participating in special projects, and adapting to evolving business needs.
4. Willingness to travel, if necessary, depending on the organization's audit plan and office assignment.
