Responsibilities
• Understand business requirements and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality software• Design, build, improve, and maintain web applications, data integration, backend systems, and infrastructure• Make decisions on complex technical and design issues• Provide leadership on high-velocity development• Ensure adherence to software engineering, architecture, security, testing, and API best practices• Drive Microservices Architecture based on EDA• Deliver customer solutions on the AWS Platform• Requirements and specifications In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area.• Manage engineering team and complex engineering projects and operations• Familiarity with mobile application engineering and technology• Good understanding of system architecture, IT infrastructure, and database design• Fluency in both written and spoken English• Excellent communication and mentoring skills• Strong problem-solving ability• Exposure to Agile development methods
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent• At least 4 years of working experience in Java backend development• Experience with managing engineering team and complex projects• Familiarity with mobile application engineering and technology• Good understanding of system architecture, IT infrastructure, and database design• Fluency in both written and spoken English• Excellent communication and mentoring skills• Strong problem-solving ability• Exposure to Agile development methods
