Tigerhall launched in March 2019 and has since raised over US$10M in funding from investors, including Sequoia Capital, Taurus Ventures and the XA Network. With 30 tigers on the team, we are currently present in Singapore, the US and India.

This is a key role in changing how we as human beings learn, and you will be involved from ideation to planning and finalizing new features.

• You’re an individual who takes pride in your work and can look outside the box when given new challenges to complete by identifying edge cases early on and solving them in a clean and structured manner.
• You always strive to maintain high-quality code and good enough documentation to keep yourself and your colleagues on track.
• A can-do attitude and the ability to clearly communicate when needing help or in the quest to share new ideas and solutions to problems that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Guide architecture and implementation best practices.
• Actively contribute to establishing and continuously improving development standards and processes within the squad and engineering team as a whole.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and techniques that can enhance the front-end development process and overall user experience.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions for Tigerhall.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and helping to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and open communication.
• Assist in your squad's sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization to ensure the best possible outcome.
• Break down complex problems into manageable tasks.

Bonus points 

We are moving from being a small start-up to a scale-up, and as our product is growing, we want to introduce TDD to ensure stability and confidence in our releases as we add additional squads, so developers with a passion for TDD will be seen as a big bonus.
