Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
- Having experience as Brand Executive minimum 2 years at the same company position handling FMCG Brand / OTC pharmaceuticals brand
- Total work experience 3 years for brand building
- Understand about marketing process, 4P’s, 360 Activation
- Able to communicate with English (speaking & writing) and mastering in analytical and presentation skills
- NOT SMOKING (including vape/e-cigarrettes)
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and executing marketing/ promotional activities
- Provide assistance in developing brand positioning and communication strategies
- Align with commerce on promotional activities
- Support the new innovation development, and manage cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with Market Research team to identify consumer trends and needs
- Provide necessary assistance to Manager in all activities pertaining to brand building
- Support Manager to launch new products in the market
- Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products
- Assist in developing annual business plan for profitable company growth
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development
- Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget
