Job Description - Senior Business Development Executive

Job summary
Represent the organization in customer-facing communicationsSupport and actively engage in the sales cyclePresent and respond to proposals for specific customer needs
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Support and actively engage in the sales cycle through managing RFI/RFP fulfillment, product demonstrations, PoCs, and workshops• Confidently present industry and domain-focused expertise• Maintain and deliver proposal requests (RFP) and information requests (RFI)• Speak to different audiences, adjust technical content to meet their knowledge and interests, and schedule meetings with various levels of audience• Maintain contracts, agreements, and account management database• Manage account activities, from pre-sales, sales, projects, and support• Ensure client satisfaction and develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, clients, and existing business partners• Stay updated on product quality, updates and evolutions, customers, partners, competitors, global market trends, local market situations, and Asia• Create, drive, and implement marketing and sales plans and strategies• Recommend material, solution, or process improvements for the benefit of the company and/or clients
Requirements
• Background in Software, Banking, or Payment industry• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with a successful sales track record• Sales, customer relationship, and negotiation skills• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field• Independent and full of ideas• Willingness to travel (estimated 20%)• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English• Results-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines• Deliver informative and well-organized presentations• Assist in facilitating team and client meetings• Strong client relationships and management skills with the ability to keep promises• Positive attitude and sensitivity to potential problems/risks• Flexibility in daily work• Set high performance standards for oneself• Build harmonious working relationships with team members• High level of accuracy• Ability to communicate at all levels• Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information wisely• Confident negotiator with the ability to 'close deals'
