Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor - Cikarang

Job Description :

• Carrying out the tender process (clarification and negotiation).
• Reviewing tender simulations and coordinating with design project team for value engineering proposals.
• Review claims if there is a change in order from the contractor.
• Make budget reports submitted for projects and coordinate with the QS general manager and evaluated contractor monthly progress claims and payment certificates.

Requirements :

• Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Civil/QS.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Quantity Surveyor Supervisor in property company is required for this position.
• English is a must andLeadership.
• Willing to working in CIKARANG, West Java, Indonesia
