Requirements:
- Have strong knowledge about OJK/BI/other regulations related to Banking
- Minimum 5 years in the related field
- Minimum Bachelor’s from any background from a reputable university
- Proficient in English both verbal and written
- Have good communication skills and discipline
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Responsibility:
- Ensure the Bank's compliance and business activities are adherence to regulatory provisions.
- Minimize business risks by carrying out procedures in line with SOPs and regulatory provisions.
- Develop a review system, program, framework, compliance charter, compliance code of conduct, or compliance policy
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Bank's policies with applicable laws and regulations
- Review and propose updates to Bank policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate applicable compliance functions to all bank employees
