Detailed Job Responsibilities :
KHBM Cycle
- Review and prepare rolling forecast to Affiliates trade and co-packers.
- Coordinate meetings with Sales and distributors to review distributors stock coverage and sales projections.
- Coordinate meetings with Affiliate trade and co-packers for supply review.
- Review and prepare the data after supply review and share to Commercial and Execution team during reconciliation meeting.
- Leading S&OP and doing volume analysis to understand the changes and impact to budget.
Cost Management
- Supporting forecast / order management to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Managing inventory to assure minimal supply chain loss risk.
Reporting
- Supporting report to comply with KHBM cycle. (Forecast submission, Demand review, Reconciliation)
- Supporting report to provide visibility on order / inventory management, as well as performance, following company KPIs.
