Job Description

Implementing application development according to business needs.
Executing effective and efficient working code as the primary obligation before other responsibilities, in line with business requirements.
Analyzing problem contexts and providing technological solutions to business issues.
Creating ideas, issues, and solutions in a shared accessible medium for product development continuity and team progress.
Collaborating with all business and IT stakeholders in product development.
Taking responsibility for the overall architecture and system design, ensuring that solutions within a feature unit are consistent with other features in both backend and end-to-end contexts.
Collaborating in integrating products with internal and external surrounding systems.
Fulfilling responsibilities with a holistic orientation towards product completion, including preparing infrastructure components, automation scripts for deployment/delivery, and maintaining awareness of the security of the developed product.
Monitoring all backend/Frontend services during development, testing, and production phases.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to resolve issues and improve performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

For Sr. Springboot Developer:

Minimum 5 years of experience working in Backend or equivalent roles
Experience in Banking Industry
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Understanding of one programming language: Java/ .net/ go
Experience in handling the Springboot framework
Experience in using SQL Query
Experience in processing one of the databases: Oracle/ Elastic/ Redis/ MongoDB
Experience in leading a Backend team
Experience in Containerization & microservices
Experience in Kafka & Stream-Based Application
Experience in Redis, Caching Strategy & Data Grid
Experience in Elastic & Other Non-Relational Databases
Excellent communication skills or interpersonal abilities.
Initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and organized work attitude.

For Sr. Web Developer:

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer with expertise in Angular at least 5 years.
Strong understanding of mobile application development and best practices.
Solid experience in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.
Familiarity with mobile banking app security standards and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
