Senior Electrical And Mechanical Heavy Equipment

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical & electrical repairs in field and base camp activities such as troubleshooting, major repairs and overhauls of internal combustion engines.
• Periodical maintenance and well as accompany auxiliary equipment. All kinds of Heavy Equipment like excavator, Dozers, Wheel loader, compactors, tandem rollers, Finishers, heavy duty trucks. 
• To support Asphalt mixing plant, stone crushers, Beton, Genset, compressors, lighting units (Tower lamps) etc 
• Visiting OEM supplies, coordinating, discussions for work-solutions.   
• Track daily work activity progress and reporting to Base camp, Managers & head office the same to relevant stakeholders.
• Make analysis with adequate conclusions spare parts, outsource services, fabrications and recommendations (reports) for how to solve technical problems.
• Well versed with spare parts genuine & Generic. MTBR/MTBF/FMEA knowledge.
• Understanding of ISO requirement ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018 & 14001:2015. 
• Knowledge of mechanical & electrical waste disposal Limbah B3 and Non B-3. 

Qualifications and experience: 

• S-1 Electrical/Mechanical or D3 from recognized university 
• 5-6 years work exposure with mining/earth moving equipment for civil construction as lead role. 
• Age Group 30-35 with sound health with leadership qualities and team work. 
• Candidate preferred from Central Jawa – Pemalang –Batang or   Pekalongan and Semarang.
