Senior Equipment Enginner

Job Responsibility

• Act as a technical support specialist in equipment maintenances, to ensure equipment in top notch for quality products and performance.
• Manage and lead Equipment Technicians (ET) to performing scheduled maintenances and troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Develop and execute new breakthroughs to solve machine issues.
• Learn and develop technical know-how in related areas to become an expertise.
• Develop an efficient and cost-effective maintenance program for manufacturing equipment.
• Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.
• Train and certify the technicians/lower-level engineers in training and in carrying their duties.
• Drive improvement projects and lead a team of technicians.
• Generate new ideas and solutions for yield improvements.
  

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields.
• Or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 6 years experience in equipment maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and experience in the Wafer Processes will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) will be an added advantage.
• A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and in writing. Job Benifits
