Senior Fashion Designer (Sportswear Apparel)

Responsibilities :

• Researching current fashion trends
• Develop ideas for new product based on data
• Designing sketches for new product
• Communicating technical design information for product samples
• Creating clothing patterns for mass production
• Creating tech packs with detailed specification
• Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design
• Develop prototype sample and overseeing the process
• Creating cost sheets and product lists

Requirements :

• Min. 2 - 3 years industry experience with fashion design related
• In-depth understanding of design principles and fashion industry
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Have an impressive portfolio of previous work
• Understand production planning process, mood board and sample development
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Stay up to date in fashion trends
