We are looking for an experienced Finance to join our team. You will be responsible for the Finance Operations & Project. This position is required to execute fast and deliver results within a deadline.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Lead the reconciliation process between the payment gateway and bank/partner transaction data for various financial accounts, including bank accounts, general ledger accounts, receivables, and payables.
- Active monitoring, review & checking on payment projects, financial records, statements, and transaction reports & automation (engaged with the product, Business Process Management, Data & Finance team) to identify discrepancies and variances requiring investigation.
- Work with banks/partners to resolve transaction status and fund-related issues
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses summarizing reconciliation findings, variances, and trends for management review and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in all reconciliation activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
- Proven reconciliation experience with minimum exp 3 yr
- Work Experience in the Banking Industry or Financial Technology is preferable
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data for reconciliation process and to multi-task
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Ms.Excel)
- Hands-on experience with Accounting Software like Oracle Netsuite or SAP
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and critical thinking
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures (PSAK and IFRS)
