East Java Multipurpose Terminal Building on its track record in serving the international oil and gas sector, East Java Multipurpose Terminal (EJMT) is aligning its project developments to support manufacturing, raw to processed goods - from frozen and food products to steel and building products and materials - and other commodities to support the growing Lamongan hinterland. EJMT is approximately 60 kilometers from Indonesia's second-largest city of Surabaya - eastern Java's capital - and 86 kilometers away from Juanda International Airport.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax and accounting.
- Basic English is Preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns, and various tax filings, including withholding tax, VAT, and corporate income tax.
- Ensure compliance with local and state tax regulations and stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure timely compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of billing to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare all payments including AP Vendor, staff claim and monthly payments
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information for reporting purposes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes and assist on monitoring financial performance against budget and forecast
