The Job

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing a diverse portfolio of European clients' Google Ads accounts to achieve their goals and KPIs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily optimization of Google Ads accounts to align with client goals and KPIs.
  • Reviewing account data and making adjustments to improve performance.
  • Building campaigns from scratch based on your own tests, analyses, and experience.
  • Running a portfolio of clients and maintaining and optimizing their ad strategies.
  • Forecasting growth and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously searching for ways to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyzing projects to extract actionable insights and personal tasks.
  • Managing personal tasks derived from project analysis.
  • Conducting keyword research.

The Profile

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

We seek a candidate who is both proactive and responsible, capable of managing their workload and eager to explore innovative solutions through research and testing. To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and setting up conversions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
  • Excellent English Communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be proactive, independent, communicative, and have a structured and organized way of working.
  • Curiosity to experiment with new things, and analyze results to come up with the best new strategies (you should have fun doing this).
  • Open to stepping up and leading a division of Google Ads specialists if proven capable.

Traits:

  • Strong interest in learning, affinity with data, attentive to detail and diligent.
  • A good business sense and has a good eye for the right market and trends.
  • Keen observer and analytical.
  • Good at task management.
  • Experience in the EU market would be a big plus.
  • Graduate of Communication, Marketing, Business or other related studies is a plus!
  • Good with direct communication and willing to work independently.
