Uraian Tugas
- Build, lead, and manage the entire merchant lifecycle from on-boarding, and engagement, to retention
- Gather feedback and create innovative programs referring to insight from the merchants to improve customer engagement and experience
- Find, explore, and manage a team to execute a new program to increase B2C revenue
- Drive a data-centric mentality to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, campaigns, and contents
- Liaise with the internal team to present recommendations and better merchant segmentation
- Team management: Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team to deliver the best experience for the merchants
Meminta
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from marketing, business, and management background
- Min. 3-5 years relevant experience in merchant growth role or tech start-up company with relevant managerial roles, experience in a mom & baby-related field are preferred.
- Data-driven and strong analytical mindset
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Have built and managed a high-performing team
