- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility
- Manage housekeeping staff and ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Train new housekeeping staff
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all housekeeping procedures are followed
- Work closely with other staff to ensure the comfort and safety of residents
- Handle any housekeeping-related issues or complaints
- Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Perform regular inspections of the facility
