Requirements:

  1.  Previous experience in a housekeeping management role
  2.  Strong understanding of housekeeping operations
  3.  Excellent leadership and management skills
  4.  Ability to train and mentor staff
  5.  Strong problem-solving skills
  6.  Excellent communication skills
  7.  Compassionate and caring nature
  8.  Ability to work well under pressure
  9.  Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  10.  Passion for working with autistic adults
Job Description:
  1.  Oversee all housekeeping operations within the facility
  2.  Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility
  3.  Manage housekeeping staff and ensure they are performing their duties effectively
  4.  Train new housekeeping staff
  5.  Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  6.  Ensure all housekeeping procedures are followed
  7.  Work closely with other staff to ensure the comfort and safety of residents
  8.  Handle any housekeeping-related issues or complaints
  9.  Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all health and safety regulations
  10.  Perform regular inspections of the facility
