Responsibilities
- Handling onboarding for new hires: explaining the company, assets handover, making contract
- Manage the process of employee promotion and mutation
- Managing the company's organizational structure or change management
- Create and manage training plan and activities
- Handling offboarding for resigning employees
- Manage performance assessment including PIP or PDP program
- Prepare and provide related reports, other supporting activities in the field of human resources.
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree preferable from Human Resources or related major
- Minimum 4 Years of working experience in the field of Human Resource
- Having significant experience in performance management, training/ L&D and organizational development
