Job Description
- Talent acquisition: oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Employee performance: establish performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations. Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Human Resources administration: maintain employee records, employee benefit (including enrolment, changes and communication internal and external) and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support on handling employee disciplinary issues, ensuring consistent application of policies by conducting thorough investigations into alleged employee misconduct, gathering relevant evidence, and interviewing involved parties.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills, knowledge and performance.
- Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and providing HR policies and procedure guidance including recommend and implement disciplinary policies and procedures in compliance with Legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree psychology or legal
- More than 5 years’experience in human resources
- Certified Human Resources
- Understanding the Depnaker and Tax regulation
- Technology savvy
- HRIS experienced
- Detailed oriented person
- Goodcommunication in English as second language(preferred)
- Adapt to changes and fast learning process
- Willing to learn with new ideas and process
