Role Description:  
As a Senior Interior Coordinator at My Shrine Studios, you will play a vital role in overseeing the overall coordination of our interior design projects. Your attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and ability to manage various aspects of projects will contribute to the seamless execution of our design projects. 

Responsibilities: 
• Lead and coordinate the comprehensive approval process for all aspects of the interior design, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines. 
• Collaborate closely with the design team and customers to understand their needs, preferences, and vision, incorporating feedback into the design process effectively. 
• Oversee the timing and scheduling of project milestones, facilitating clear communication and alignment between all stakeholders. 
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources, maintaining quality standards and project specifications. 
• Provide support to the design team by offering insights and solutions to design challenges, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations. 
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) managers to monitor project quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment. 

Qualifications: 
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in interior design, Business, or a related field preferred. 
• Proven experience in a similar role within the interior design industry, showcasing your coordination and project management expertise. 
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, allowing you to meet project deadlines effectively. 
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with our international team, clients, and customers. 
• Proficiency in productivity and project management tools, enhancing your ability to streamline processes.
