Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Have prior experience in helpdesk or technical support
  3. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  4. Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Have good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description

  1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  2. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software of our existing website Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
  3. Manage database and server integration.
  4. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365
  5. Monitoring and maintaining CCTV, computer systems and networks
  6. Those with a good understanding of Wordpress/Woocommerce, PHP, MySQL,Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Json/Ajax, JQuery,CSS, HTML, Bootstrap will be preferred
  7. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  8. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  9. Setting up accounts for new users
  10. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
