Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have prior experience in helpdesk or technical support
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software of our existing website Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
- Manage database and server integration.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365
- Monitoring and maintaining CCTV, computer systems and networks
- Those with a good understanding of Wordpress/Woocommerce, PHP, MySQL,Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Json/Ajax, JQuery,CSS, HTML, Bootstrap will be preferred
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
