Job Highlights:
- Monthly Salary range: IDR 16,000,000-IDR 20,000,000/month (excluding pph 21 and BPJS);

Qualifications:
- With at least 6 years relevant working experience regarding foreign PT(PMA) registration and foreign direct investment;
or With at least 5 years of experience in local laws firm;
- With advocate qualification;
- With excellent language skills in English or Mandarin;
- Familiar with construction laws and regulations in Indonesia, including but not limited to; BUJKA and JV establishment, joint operation between BUJKA and local construction company, draft and review of construction contact under Indonesia laws;
- With expertise in the mining law practice, including IUJP and relevant reporting obligations for mining company in Indonesia;
- Familiar with PMA registration, labor, legal due diligence, review and draft of contract under Indonesian laws;
- With the experience of providing legal consultation (as retainer) for foreign company in Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Review and draft of contract, agreement, and any other documents related to company business activity and necessity;
- Review and provide legal advice on corporate documents required in connection with any relevant corporate action and comply with the prevailing law;
- Responsible to identify legal issues and provide legal opinion and advice for senior level management on highly technical matters;
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation, compliances, guidelines and provide regular reports on business opportunities and documents legislation affecting company business and/or policies;
- Develop, maintain and strengthen liaison and work relationship with company's legal team, and government, BI, OJK and/or related institutions to facilitate efficient communication (optional).
