Responsibilities
• Manage all legal activities pertaining to the corporation, contract management, and present legal documents and agreements to stakeholders.• Become the face of the company to the government, third parties, and relevant institutions.• Provide strategic legal advice, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and develop legal and corporate affairs strategies.• Represent the company in associations and develop relationships with external stakeholders.• Develop processes for risk escalation, legal review, and approval of transactions.• Provide relevant and practical advice to various functions and manage external legal counsel.• Report to the CFO of the company.
Requirements
• Qualified lawyer in Indonesia with 3 years experience working in an international law firm and in-house counsel.• Preferably have experience in Startups and dealing with IPOs or coming from a listed company.• Strong business and commercial acumen, solid negotiation skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.• Highly persuasive, influential, and effective communication and explanation of complex legal issues.• Ability to deal with multiple priorities and work at strategic and operational levels.• Hardworking, driven, motivated, and takes initiative. Results-driven, disciplined, and excellent in multitasking.• Strong ethics and high personal integrity.
