Job Overview:

The Senior Logistics & Trade Comp Admin has developed specialized Logistics & Trade Compliance-specific skills through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. They can provide support to their team with a limited degree of supervision. They can act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. The Senior Logistics & Trade Comp Admin is skilled in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage recurring logistics and trade compliance reports
  • Provide support to the logistics management
  • Develop commercial bid evaluations or data entry into the company's ERP system
  • Maintain pertinent files, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Organize and maintain files in the company's file repository (iDocs)

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • High school Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics industry
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new topics and technology quickly
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and attitude
  • Computer literate
  • Strong command of English both oral and written
  • Understand supply chain management
  • Good understanding of international logistics workflow, common regulation includes term and condition
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian export/import provisions especially Batam FTZ
  • Able to communicate well with local authorities when deemed required
  • Initiative and be able carry out tasks under pressure both independently or with the team
