Senior Maintenance

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliableMaintenance Person to join our team and ensure the seamless operation andupkeep of Klub Jimbaran Bali.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to keep the building and equipment in excellent condition.
• Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
• Ensure the proper functioning of appliances, fixtures, and amenities.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
