Uraian Tugas

PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) is a subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN), established in January 2018 in Indonesia. KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.

In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2x50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of manpower planning, partnering with leadership stakeholders in identifying staffing needs. Creating HR policies that might aligned with company’s objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding starting from sourcing, interviewing, offering, i.e. Candidate profiling, arrange candidate processing, salary proposal, and first join date
  • Maintaining relationships with Head-hunters, local communities & activists, and local school & universities to expand talent pipelining
  • Identify and expand sourcing platforms to target candidates
  • Manage and involved in end-to-end practice of Human Resources services i.e. Employee orientation, compensation & benefits, payroll, industrial relations
  • Assess/anticipate HR needs to develop programs and solutions
  • Responsible for evaluating country employee programs, recommending improvement to employee relations policies to ensure compliance with internal and state authority requirements
  • Execute the daily HR administration support, including administering payroll, update employee personnel files, and people mobility related work
  • Manage staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
  • Manage and supervise workplace services and policies, including employee accommodation and transportation
  • Provide support on other areas of HR when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects /tasks when necessary
  • Authority to sign an employment contract
  • Discuss employees career development paths with managers of others department
  • Monitor HR Metrics (e.g. turnover rates & cost-per-hire)
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years experiences in HR Department
  • Advanced Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related major
  • High Leadership
  • Problem Solving Skill
  • Communication & Presentation Skill
  • Able to work with deadline
  • A creative mind and discipline
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
