Senior National Sales Manager (Retail) Building Materials, Adhesives, Paint

Job Requirement :

• Strong Background On Retail Building Materials Industries

• A minimum 10 years of work experience in Sales Manager or 5 years as National Sales Manager in the BUILDING MATERIALS, adhesives technologies or coating industry.

• Have strong customer network in the BUILDING MATERIALS, chemical construction, and adhesives technologies segment.

• Have strong leadership experience.

• Fluent in english both oral and written.

Job Description:

• Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of distribution.

• Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.

• Secure distribution of Company Products in the market and develop the distribution channel.

• Responsible in business development and sales expansion, as well as introducing products or services to current and potential clients.

• Submit short and long term sales plans and strategies with marketing programs that are available.

• Establish sustainable business and cross sell to other product lines.

• Give guidance to sales staff through monitoring, planning, defining their targets and evaluate their performance.
