Uraian Tugas

PT. Sanbe Farma is a leading national pharmaceutical company in manufacturing pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Looking for prospective employees with high motivation, integrity and courage to face challenges to fill position as Senior Plant Manager.

Requirements:

  • Education background: Pharmacist by Education from reputable University, GPA: at least 2.8
  • Experience: experience of at least 10 years in the pharmaceutical company that produces pharmaceutical products and medical health equipments.
  • Soft Skill : Good communication, good time management, proactive, highly motivated person, responsible person, and has good leadership.
  • Basic Skill: Good English capability, capable for operating the Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, MS Word) very well. 
  • Willing to work in Bandung, Indonesia. The company will provide Dormitory (if necessary) which is near to Factory / Operation area.

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Management: The person would be responsible for managing the day-to-day production operations of both LVP (Large Volume Parenterals) and SVP (Small Volume Parenterals) manufacturing lines. This includes scheduling production runs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (such as BPOM RI, WHO & other established  regulations), and optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensuring that all manufacturing processes adhere to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements is paramount. This involves implementing and maintaining robust quality management systems, conducting regular audits, and overseeing investigations and corrective actions for any deviations or non-conformances.
  • Ensuring supply performance of LVP and SVP products: involves several key strategies and actions such as Inventory Management, Production Planning and Scheduling, Supplier quality and delivery control Management.
  • Personnel Management: Leading and supervising a team covering production staff, quality control personnel, and other support staff is crucial for maintaining a high level of performance and morale within the plant. This includes providing training, setting performance objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Efficient and Cost Control: Managing the expense for the LVP and SVP plant, including expenditures for consumables, equipment & building maintenance, staffing, and other operational costs. To identify the opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while ensuring that production targets are met.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Implementing lean manufacturing principles, methodologies, and other continuous improvement initiatives can help enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization in the plant. As the Plant Manager, you would drive these initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and process optimization.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the manufacturing process, such as supply chain disruptions, equipment failures, or regulatory changes, is essential for maintaining uninterrupted production and ensuring product quality and compliance.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Effective communication and collaboration with other departments, such as purchasing/ procurement, research and development, regulatory affairs, product dept., and distribution team, are essential for aligning production activities with overall business objectives and ensuring seamless integration across the pharmaceutical supply chain.
