Scope of responsibilities:
- To manage and obtain purchasing activities and process.
- Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategy.
- Analysis and calculation the cost of procurement and suggest method of decrease expend.
- Reduce the cost increase the profit and benefit company including sourcing evaluation and select supplier to be ability follow company's policy and target.
- Create action plan by yearly to manage and control within budget.
- Problem solving and issue resolution related to internal and supplier matters, as well as reporting to internal departments and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline study or from Japanese Literature.
- Experiences purchasing at least 2 - 5 years in running supply chain within an industrial Japanese manufacturing company.
- JLPT N2 equivalent or higher. Report directly to Japanese.
- Positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to take responsibility for problems and move forward with the next action.
