Job description:
- To survey, monitor and sensitize to clients’ need for creative or innovative solutions in creating / fulfilling the needs / demands of consumers.
- Responsible for the sales in Surabaya / East Java, which include attend to existing customers, source new customers, promote company products & monitor customer accounts.
- To identify, develop and expand on the new business market to widen the market based.
- To build strong business rapport with clients (HORECA) Especially in Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Catering and Bakery Customers.
- Conduct market research to identify/ analyst consumer, competitors, and business market opportunities.
- Previous experience in Bakery / Pastry, frozen food industry and dairy products is an added advantage.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers, prepare sales reports and sales plan.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
Job requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Business Management or related field.
- At least 2 years related working experience in Food Services / HORECA.
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills & customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel.
