Position Statement
Senior Sales Manager or Director of Sales based in Jakarta Office assists the Commercial Director in leading Jakarta Sales Office and driving the lead generation from Indonesia market. He / She oversees and directs all aspects of the negotiation and coordination process as well as the successful handling of M.I.C.E / Social / Tour & Travel / Corporate events as assigned. This role works closely with property-based Sales team to ensure smooth operation of the department to maximize business opportunities and deliver the highest service standards.

· College degree
· 3 years or above hotel sales and luxury hotel experience
· Extensive knowledge of Sales and marketing, negotiating and sales procedures associated with the hotel industry.
· Excellent English written skills sufficient to communicate reflecting the Hilton image.
· Good communication, organization and presentation skills
· Able to work under strong pressure
· Understand local customers and have strong market analysis ability
· Initiative and proactive
· Have certain customer resources
· Able to lead by example.
