Bentuk pekerjaanDevelop, conduct and review all HSE Training Modules and Implementation; to ensure people Health, safety & Environment knowledge and work practices comply with company’s HSE policies, government regulation, and other requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health Safety or any related technical background
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas and Contruction-work Industries with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) background.
- Minimum 5 years' experience to deliver training with broad level of participants (management, field employees and also subcontractors)
- Has experience to develop training material with high quality standard reference to SKKNI, SKKI, or others any associate standard.
- Has good communication & presentation skill both in Bahasa & English.
- Prefer has experience work in BP LNG Tangguh site.
Qualification:
- Hold Workplace Training & Assessment Course and/or Certification or any equivalent
- Hold AK -3 Umum and/or AK-3 MIGAS Certification (preferred)
- Has strong knowledge in civil-construction works safety (Working at Height, Scaffolding, Confined Space, Hot-work, Lifting-Rigging and also Electrical High-Voltage) activities.
- Has strong knowledge the implementation of ISO 45001:2018/ OHSAS 18001 is preferred.
