Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to spearhead our Social Media efforts and drive engagement across various platforms. As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Social Media strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create compelling content tailored for different Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage and maintain our Social Media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Social Media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.
• Analyze Social Media data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize our Social Media presence and drive business results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Social Media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective strategies.
• Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in using Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Experience in the IT industry or related field is a plus.
