Senior Specification Executive

Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree in any major
2. Experienced 3-5 years in project area
3. Have good networking with Architect and Developer 
4. Excellent communication skill
5. Can build a good relationship
6. Can operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
7. Own car and driving license (A)

Job Description :

1. Develop CRM with key customers such as architects, developers, consultants, government, and building owners.
2. Mentoring and monitoring Specifier Executive Team under them
3. Handle important key accounts and make sure it's well followed up
4. Coordination for all promotional activities for the customers
5. Evaluate the team weekly and make the report to the superior
6. Create a report and action plan every semester and present it to the superior and the team.
7. Regularly checking ProConnect filled out by self and also Specification Executive Team
8. Responsible as an advisor and brand promotor for the company brand in the project market.
9. Lead the specification activities, write down specifications incorporating company products, and get them specified in projects at the design stage
10. Familiar with paint industries in the project area
