Gojek is looking for operations lead to join our groceries business (GoMart), where you'll be responsible to lead all operations efforts required to build a much superior service for GoMart.
As an operations lead for GoMart, you will coordinate and lead initiatives with our merchant partners, driver teams, and customer care to provide an end-to-end seamless experience. You'll be working with cross-functional teams, from Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to evaluate business processes, define problems, identify gaps, and provide solutions to sustain the growth of GoMart
