Responsibilities :
- Administration of Windows system;
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of the SRB’s Server Infrastructure ;
- Design, implement, monitor, audit and maintain Windows Servers;
- Perform IT monitoring and incident management;
- Documenting, evaluating existing solutions and proposing enhancement;
- Support and maintain SRB’s Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery infrastructure

Successful Candidate
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- A broad knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- Excellent knowledge of shell and python scripting;
- A very good knowledge of English;
- A team spirit;
- A ‘can-do’ attitude;
- The ability to focus on service and results, always with strong motivation;
- Flexibility and innovation;
- Knowledge of security policies and guides on handling classified information or equivalent high security environments;
- Excellent skills in drafting IT documentation;
- ITIL principles;
- Scripting ability;
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication;
- Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
- Able to cope with the fast changing technologies;
- Able to cope with the needs of multi-language deployments.
Specific Expertise
Senior System Administrator Level 5 with a minimum:
- Corresponding level of education as specified in Annex VII of the FWC;
- 10 years of IT professional experience;
- Good understanding of Microsoft SCCM is an asset;
- Previous working in EU Institutions/Agencies is an asset;
- Working experience with Atlassian JIRA ticketing tool is an asset.
