Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional team (R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain, Compliance) in delivering the life sciences product and medical devices that meets product requirements and customer requirements.
- Develop and deliver system or reliability test plan and test report as part of the New Product introduction phases.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop system or subsystem architecture.
- Ensure proper system integration during the assembly or subassembly; and conduct testing of all hardware, firmware and software as system or subsystem to meet product requirements or customer requirements.
- Recommend reliability method, build reliability fixture, and conduct reliability test on instrument system, subsystem or ME/EE assembly.
- Build and qualify measurement system to perform environmental (temperature and gas) measurement and power using external device or test equipment on the verification test or validation test phase.
- Conduct system or subsystem architecture review, verification review or validation review; and deliver review reports.
- Troubleshooting the instrument system and subsystems; and recommend solution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in General Laboratory Equipment industry.
- Knowledge and experience in thermal management or gas management analysis.
- Knowledge and experience in reliability engineering.
- Knowledge in AC system or DC system.
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Management System ISO 13485 or ISO9001.
- Positive learning attitude, growth mindset, and committed.
- Require travelling abroad.
