Manage the tax burden of Country on all tax typesAlongside the Tax Director, guide and advise CFOs and accounting teams on tax matters: tax compliance, tax regulations, tax returns, tax payments, CbCR notification, tax Trend, tax calculation, etc.Monitor and manage tax claims, tax credits, tax flows (intra-group transactions, tax deductions, …)Manage the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing and other appropriate tax documentationsSupport the Tax Director in the formulation of tax strategies by anticipating, identifying, evaluating, and monitoring tax risks and opportunities for the Country area.Management and coordination of tax audits/litigations and in collaboration with the Tax Director to maintain a good relationships with the local tax authorities.Participate in transversal tax initiatives/projectsDevelop a “tax intelligence” and monitor changes in laws / practices (expertise, technical competencies, alerts) by alignment with Tax Director.Raise awareness of tax considerations for business projects and tax risksDevelop close coordination and cohesion with the internal tax stakeholders such as Tax Director, Zone and Group Tax department (Transfer Pricing, M&A, Customs and Reporting) for relevant tax mattersDevelop an efficient professional network to collect best practices, tax alertsLead and manage external tax providers (lawyers, advisers, consultants, …)Develop and manage the team to stimulate and empower people to contribute their best.Meminta
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience as a Tax Manager (preferred with experiences in Big 4 CPA firms)Good attitude, Hands-on personality, team player, continuously seeking improvements, pro-active and fast learnerSolid understanding and working experience on Indonesian tax mattersComfortable to work in complex business entities environmentGood communication skills and stakeholders management skillsExcellent communication skills in Bahasa and EnglishAble to navigate multi layer of stakeholders both from internal and external, Entrepreneurial.
