Senior Teacher Manager (Ef Bengkulu)

The Role:

The Senior Teaching Manager works alongside Sales and Service teams to ensure the academic quality and integrity of the EF language program and the development of the center as a unit. STM supports the CD in the management and development of the academic team and adherence to operational performance indicators such as production efficiency, staff and student retention, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• The STM needs to be an effective communicator;
• Liaise with the CD to assist in the effective scheduling of classes, extra-curricular activities and events following EF Guidelines;
• Helping to develop others through delegating responsibility & coaching;
• Being results-orientated by setting challenging and achievable goals and focusing efforts to meet or exceed these goals;
• Assist EF Product Development in the testing and implementation of new EF products (coordinate with CD);

Successful applicants will have:

• Minimum University Degree. Graduation from the Teaching or English Department is a plus
• Has TEFL Certificate and experience in Communicative English Teaching
• Strong English proficiency
• Minimum 6 years of classroom teaching experience (online or offline)
• Experience in teacher training
• Experience with Young Learners
• A love for working with children and teenagers
