Senior Technician / Asst. Engineer

Requirements / Qualifications :

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma
• Prefer 5 years of relevant working experience in Metal Stamping Machine  and minimum 3 years experience with Turret Punch and Press Brake
• Good knowledge of Mechanical Parts, Metal Stamping Process, Problem Solving & Process Improvement
• Experience in setup tooling of Stamping, Turret Punch and Press Brake 
• Experience in CNC programming for Turret Punch and Press Brake 
• Able and familiar to read 2D drawing
• Able to set shearing (guillotine), tapping, reverting and polishing machine is preferred
• Able to speak and write in English 
• Discipline, honest and hardworking.

Job Scope :

• Set up tooling for the machine.
• Making Machine Parameter
• Trial test and make sure everything is OK before production is running / mass production.
• Control the production output 
• Control and reduce rejection of the process and improvement
• Responsible for the production process
• Evaluation of the production process
• Reporting to superior ( Supervisor/ IE/ Prod Manager)
