SENIOR TICKETING – GROUP RESERVATION
A growing Travel agency in Jakarta is looking for the right candidate of Senior Ticketing – Group Reservation
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain Good Relationship and Dealing with Airlines Administrative/Sales Office for Blocking and Reservation Seat for Group, FIT and Special Request Flights
- Using GDS Ticketing (Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus/Althea) in Expert Level for Issued/Reissued Domestic and International Ticketing
- Good Negotiation Skill to dealing with other travel agent and third party for building network communication
- Strong Knowledge about nature of Tour Packages as FIT, Group and Incentives Program for negotiation based to dealing with airlines n third parties
- Strong Selling Skill to promote our Tour Packages as FIT, Group and Incentives Program to our Sub Agent customer would be prioritized
- Explain to customers as needed on their way.
- Responsible in order.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Able to supply clients with essential travel documents needed as well as extensive destination information and useful travel guides.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP with all kind Certification for Ticketing and/or Tourism Section.
- Minimum 2 year experienced in Group Reservation Ticketing, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Familiar and Certified with/for Galileo/Abacus/Sabre/Althea reservation system
- Capable of serving request for hotel vouchers, Tour Packages & Travel Documents.
- Strong personality, humble, polite, charming, professional, service oriented and adopt a great attitude.
- Good communication and using good articulation skill with Emphatic/Sympathetic response to building warm relationship with customer
- Able to work under pressure and able to multitask.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Excellent command of spoken & written English.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a great competitive advantage.
