Job Role
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Analyze data and feedback to make informed design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with account managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
- Document design decisions, guidelines, and patterns for future reference.
- Create and maintain design documentation for handoff to development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design feasibility.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to create visually stunning and user-centric designs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
