Responsibilities
• Translate user needs and business requirements into design solutions• Facilitate user navigation, onboarding, promos, notifications, etc.• Identify user problems and provide creative solutions based on research insights• Deliver high-quality copies that communicate design intention• Gather feedback and make copy solution decisions• Ensure copy quality and implementation• Build relationships with product management, business, and engineering teams• Collaborate with cross-functional teams• Maintain copy consistency and contribute to copy guidelines• Create design documentation and mentor junior writers
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience as a UX Writer / Product Copywriter• Passionate about clear communication for B2B products• Portfolio showcasing high-quality UX copywriting works• Ability to understand and dissect problems• Ability to draw insights from data• Advanced skills in product design and effective communication• Independence in navigating design process• Experience in managing expectations and forming consensus• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian• Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects
Key Skills Needed
• Experience in the Financing industry (preferred)• Interest in learning about the Financing industry• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
