About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality and engaging content for digital platforms
• Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar and spelling, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Promote content through various channels to increase visibility, reach, and engagement
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to inform content strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve content strategies
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, tone, and values

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization
• Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate
• Willing to be placed at our Head Office - Karawaci
