As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers who visit our service center. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the service process. Your main duties will include:
- Greeting customers and determining their service needs
- Advising customers on recommended services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely completion
- Providing accurate estimates for service costs and obtaining customer approval before proceeding with repairs
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs or maintenance required
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintaining detailed records of service transactions and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for service scheduling and record-keeping
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is preferred but not required
